he is responsible for overseeing daily operations, planning and coordinating installations, stock control, and managing staff movements to

ensure every project runs efficiently and on schedule.

With a strong balance of technical expertise and operational oversight, James ensures that resources, people, and timelines are aligned. His practical,

hands-on approach helps maintain workflow efficiency while delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and the wider team.

Mischa Eichinski-National Sales Manager

Mischa leads WISA Automation’s sales strategy nationwide as National Sales Manager. Her role encompasses sales,
